Key Card Generator

The Key Card Generator option allows you to generate key cards for guests and rooms as needed.

Select Other from the Quick Menu on the left side of the screen, then select Key Card Generator.

To generate a room key card:

1. Select the Station to which you will be sending the key card generation command.
2. Select the Room Number for which you want to generate the card.
3. Enter the First Name and Last Name for the guest to whom the card will be issued.
4. Enter the Start Date and End Date for which the generated card is to be active for the selected room/guest.
5. Enter the number of Keys you want to generate.
6. When finished, click Generate Key(s).

If you are done generating key cards, click Close. Otherwise the Key Card Generator window remains open, allowing you to continue to generate other key cards as needed.
